The role
This role is for a Senior Associate with real estate expertise to join a leading Australian real estate practice. You will work with partners Felicity Savage, Francesca Giorlando, and Jessica Wallis on significant commercial real estate transactions, developments, and capital partnering.
What you'll do
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate assets
- Draft, negotiate and review key transactional and development documentation
- Support major real estate developments from structuring through delivery
- Work directly with clients
- Collaborate across practice groups
What we're looking for
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
Strong commitment to client service
Well-developed relationship management ability
Team focus to mentor junior colleagues and support other team members
First rate experience in drafting complex agreements and allocating risk in a commercially appropriate manner
Recognised major development experience gained in a similar environment
Strong technical skills
Sound commercial judgement
Attention to detail
Genuine interest in complex, large-scale real estate work
Must hold all visas and other approvals necessary to work for the firm in Australia (if not an Australian citizen or permanent resident)
