The role
The Finance group in Skadden's New York office is seeking a mid-level associate with general finance experience, including drafting and negotiating loan documents and UCC experience. This role is ideal for associates from the class of 2022-2021 with strong academic and law firm backgrounds.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate commitment papers
- Draft and negotiate security agreements
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements
- Draft and negotiate other loan documents
What we're looking for
General finance experience
Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents
UCC experience
General corporate experience
High level of academic achievement
Solid law firm experience
