The role
Latham & Watkins is seeking a highly qualified associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join their Data and Technology Transactions Practice Group. This role is for a 4th to 7th year associate who will focus on technology and intellectual property transactions, including licensing, development, and IP-related work on acquisition, investment, or financing transactions.
