Associate - Corporate - Investment Funds at Latham & Watkins

The role

Latham & Watkins is seeking to hire highly qualified 4th through 6th year associates with a minimum of three years of experience in private investment fund formation and related fund operational matters. This role is within the Investment Funds Practice, which advises fund sponsors globally on structuring, fundraising, internal sponsor arrangements, co-investments, fund operations, and regulatory compliance.
