The role
Latham & Watkins is seeking qualified associates with a minimum of three years of experience for their 4th through 6th year associate class within the Investment Funds Practice. This role will focus on advising fund sponsors globally on liquidity transactions, secondaries markets, and related fund operational matters.
What you'll do
- Advise fund sponsors globally on liquidity transactions including continuation funds, recapitalizations, traditional LP portfolio sales, fund-level and GP-level preferred equity investments, and investments in firm sponsors
- Handle secondaries markets transactions
- Manage related fund operational matters
What we're looking for
