The role
The Mergers & Acquisitions practice is seeking highly qualified associates with a minimum of two full years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, specifically company representation and strategic acquisitions, to join their 3rd through 6th year associate class. This role is for intellectually curious self-starters aspiring to become exceptional lawyers within a global powerhouse M&A practice.
