The role
Latham & Watkins is seeking a 3rd-6th year associate with meaningful corporate finance experience to join their Capital Markets Practice. This role is for lawyers who have primarily worked on equity, high yield, and/or hybrid capital offerings, or debt finance for acquisition financings, syndicated term loans, or direct-lending arrangements.
