The role
The firm is seeking associates graduating between 2021 and 2024 to join their M&A team. This role will advise corporate clients on a range of transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, with a focus on drafting documents and managing deals. The position is suitable for entrepreneurial associates who can handle significant responsibilities with autonomy and client contact.
What you'll do
- Advise corporate clients in connection with acquisitions
- Advise corporate clients in connection with dispositions
- Advise corporate clients in connection with minority investments
- Advise corporate clients in connection with other similar transactions
- Advise corporate clients in connection with general corporate matters
- Manage deals
- Have significant direct client contact
- Develop relationships with clients
- Manage matters with a high degree of independence
