The role
A Finance Associate with law school class years 2019 through 2023 is sought to join the Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. The role focuses on representing creditors or borrowers in liability management, DIP, bankruptcy exit, and special situations financings, supporting high-profile capital structure representations.
What you'll do
- Work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in out of court restructurings
What we're looking for
Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with DIP financings
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with bankruptcy exit financings
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with special situations financings
Preference for NY office· nice to have
