The role
Latham & Watkins' San Diego Banking Practice is seeking associates with at least two years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance. This role is for lawyers interested in financing and development within the gaming and hospitality sectors, supporting borrowers, arrangers, and direct lenders.

- Engage in financing and development in the gaming and hospitality space
