The role
We are seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience in private equity M&A, specifically representing energy and infrastructure PE sponsors, to join our Energy & Infrastructure M&A practice. The role involves advising clients on complex transactions within the infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors, with a focus on leading and supporting execution from bid process through closing.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in the infrastructure/energy/power & renewables sectors
- Lead and support the execution of infrastructure M&A, joint venture (JV) and project-financing related transactions, including from bid-process through closing, across sectors
What we're looking for
4-7 years of experience in private equity M&A
Specific experience representing energy and infrastructure PE sponsors
Experience advising clients on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in the infrastructure/energy/power & renewables sectors
Experience leading and supporting the execution of infrastructure M&A, joint venture (JV) and project-financing related transactions, including from bid-process through closing, across sectors
Enjoyment of sophisticated, cross-disciplinary work that combines corporate M&A and project finance
