The role
Latham & Watkins is seeking mid-level associates with 1-3 years of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance to join their Private Equity Finance Practice. The role is for associates in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, with a focus on supporting cutting-edge deals within the practice.
What we're looking for
Minimum of one year of borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience
2nd, 3rd or 4th year associate class level
Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings is preferred· nice to have
