Restructuring & Special Situations Finance (DA)

The role

The Business Restructuring & Reorganization team is seeking a Finance Associate with law school graduation years between 2019 and 2023. This role focuses on representing creditors or borrowers in complex liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings, supporting hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions.

What you'll do

• Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions
• Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with DIP financings
• Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with bankruptcy exit financings
• Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with special situations financings
• Work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations
• Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases
• Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in out of court restructurings
