The role
The firm is looking for associates who graduated law school between 2019 and 2022 to join its tax practice. This role requires a strong understanding of tax law, experience with M&A, capital markets, investment fund formation, or real estate, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Enthusiasm about interacting directly with clients
Enthusiasm about getting involved with public speaking (including at large national tax conferences)
Enthusiasm about making the most of in-office time by meeting face-to-face with colleagues
