The role
Latham & Watkins is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their market-leading Copyright, Privacy & Communications practice group. This role will focus on copyright matters for a range of clients, from startups to leading technology companies, including strategic counseling and litigation related to technology and media.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic counsel to technology and media companies
- Litigate headline-grabbing music-industry and infringement claims
- Address cutting-edge cases challenging generative AI technology
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an associate
Experience in copyright litigation and counseling
Experience advising technology and media companies
Experience with US and international copyright regimes
