The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking a Lateral Associate with 4-8 years of experience in its San Francisco office to join its Corporate M&A / Private Equity group. The role will focus on advising private equity funds, portfolio companies, and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and other corporate matters.
What you'll do
- Advise private equity funds, their portfolio companies and corporate clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and general corporate matters
- Gain direct client contact
- Develop relationships with clients
- Manage matters with a high degree of independence
What we're looking for
4-8 years of corporate experience
Strong understanding of corporate law
Strong understanding of deal management
