Key requirements
Law school class years 2019 through 2023 Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings
The role
The firm is seeking a Finance Associate with law school graduation years between 2019 and 2023 to join its Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. This role is for experienced attorneys focusing on complex liability management and financing transactions within restructuring and bankruptcy contexts, supporting various financial institutions.
What you'll do
- Work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings
What we're looking for
Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings
Preference for NY office· nice to have
