Lateral Associate - Corporate - M&A/Private Equity (LA)

The role

The firm is looking for associates from the law school class of 2021 and later to join their M&A and Private Equity teams. This role is for driven, entrepreneurial associates who will advise corporate clients and private equity funds on various transactions and general corporate matters, with significant client contact and independence.

What you'll do

• Advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate matters
• Take on high level of responsibilities
• Work with autonomy
• Have significant direct client contact
• Develop relationships with clients
• Manage matters with a high degree of independence
