The role
Seeking associates (class years 2021-2023) for the Houston-based Private Equity team. This role is for lawyers with a strong foundation in corporate law to advise private equity sponsors and corporate clients on complex transactions and general corporate matters.
What you'll do
- Advise leading private equity sponsors and corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, joint ventures, and other complex transactions
- Advise clients on general corporate matters

Demonstrated skill in managing deals from inception to closing
