Key requirements
Law school class years 2019 through 2023 Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings Experience representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings
The role
The Business Restructuring & Reorganization team is seeking a Finance Associate with 2019-2023 law school graduation years to handle high-profile representations. The role focuses on liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings for creditors or borrowers, including hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
What we're looking for
Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings
Experience representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings
Preference for New York office· nice to have
