Mid-level or senior Real Estate associate experience Solid experience in mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side) Solid experience in joint-venture equity work Solid experience in acquisitions
The role
We are looking for mid-level and senior Real Estate associates with solid experience in mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions, dispositions, or development to join our prominent and growing team. Strong candidates with non-real estate transactional backgrounds will also be considered.
What we're looking for
Mid-level or senior Real Estate associate experience
Solid experience in mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side)
Solid experience in joint-venture equity work
Solid experience in acquisitions
Solid experience in dispositions
Solid experience in development
Non-real estate transactional background will be considered
