The role
The Financial Regulatory and Derivatives practice groups in the New York office are seeking a mid-level associate with at least 5 years of experience in transactional commodities, futures, and derivatives. This role is for an associate looking to expand their skill set by working with investment managers, financial institutions, and emerging companies on Dodd-Frank, CFTC and SEC regulations, as well as various derivatives transactions.
What you'll do
- Covering a dynamic mix of Dodd-Frank, CFTC and SEC regulations
- Covering derivatives transactions involving commodities, IRS, FX, and credit derivatives, futures, and FinTech and crypto trading
What we're looking for
