The role
The Asset Management Transactions practice group is seeking highly qualified associates with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their 5th through 8th year associate classes. This role focuses on the full spectrum of corporate transactions involving asset managers and related financial services businesses, advising a diverse client base including private equity firms and financial institutions.
