The role
This role is for associates from the law school classes of 2020-2024 to join the M&A and Private Equity teams. Associates will advise corporate clients and private equity funds on various transactions and general corporate matters, with significant client contact and opportunities for independence.
What you'll do
- Advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate matters
- Manage transactions
- Take on a high level of responsibilities
- Work with autonomy
- Have significant direct client contact
- Develop relationships with clients
- Manage matters with a high degree of independence

Significant experience handling M&A transactions
Good understanding of corporate law and market terms
