The role
We are seeking a junior to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney with a strong background in life sciences patent disputes, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) litigation. The role involves working on complex, high-stakes litigation, contributing to strategy development, litigation management, and client counseling.

What we're looking for
Junior to mid-level attorney
Strong background in life sciences patent disputes
Experience with Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) litigation

Experience in district court patent litigation
Experience before the PTAB
