The role
This is a junior to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney role within the IP Litigation team, focusing on life sciences patent disputes including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) litigation. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in patent disputes in district court and before the PTAB.
