The role
The firm is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience in private equity M&A, specifically in the energy and infrastructure sectors, to join their energy & infrastructure M&A practice. This role will focus on advising clients on complex acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, supporting the execution of infrastructure M&A and project financing transactions.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in the infrastructure/energy/power & renewables sectors
- Lead and support the execution of infrastructure M&A, joint venture (JV) and project-financing related transactions, including from bid-process through closing, across sectors
What we're looking for
4-7 years of experience in private equity M&A
Specific experience representing energy and infrastructure PE sponsors
Ability to advise clients on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in the infrastructure/energy/power & renewables sectors
Ability to lead and support the execution of infrastructure M&A, joint venture (JV) and project-financing related transactions from bid-process through closing
Associate enjoys sophisticated, cross-disciplinary work combining corporate M&A and project finance· nice to have
