The role
This role is for a junior to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney with a strong background in life sciences patent disputes, specifically Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) litigation. The attorney will represent innovator pharmaceutical companies in district court and before the PTAB, contributing to strategy, management, and client counseling.

What we're looking for
Junior to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney
Strong background in life sciences patent disputes
Experience with Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) litigation
Experience with Biologics (BPCIA) litigation
Substantial experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in patent disputes in district court
Substantial experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in patent disputes before the PTAB
