The role
Latham & Watkins' Banking Practice in Houston is seeking associates with at least two years of general finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, or private credit experience. The role is for lawyers interested in advising a diverse range of clients, including borrowers, sponsors, arrangers/bank lenders, and direct lenders within a high-growth, supportive practice group.
