The role
Associates with law school class years 2021 to 2024 are sought for the M&A and Private Equity teams. This role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on various transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, with significant client contact and opportunities for independent matter management.
What you'll do
- Advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate matters

Significant experience handling M&A transactions
Good understanding of corporate law and market terms
Substantial experience in drafting transaction documents
