The role
We are seeking associates graduating between 2018 and 2021 to join our M&A and Private Equity teams. Associates will advise corporate clients and private equity funds on various transactions and general corporate matters, with significant client contact and opportunities for independent matter management.
What you'll do
- Advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate matters
- Manage transactions
- Take on high level of responsibilities
- Work with autonomy
- Have significant direct client contact
- Develop relationships with clients
- Manage matters with a high degree of independence
What we're looking for
Law school class years 2018 to 2021
Significant experience handling M&A transactions
Good understanding of corporate law and market terms
Substantial experience in drafting transaction documents
