The role
The firm is seeking mid-level and senior Real Estate associates for its Washington, D.C. office. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in leasing, debt, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, or development. Mid-level or senior standing
Solid experience in leasing
Solid experience in mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side)

Non-real estate transactional backgrounds will be considered
