The role
Seeking a Finance Associate with law school class years 2019-2023 for the Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. The role focuses on representing creditors or borrowers in liability management, DIP, bankruptcy exit, and special situations financings, supporting hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
What you'll do
- Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions
- Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with DIP financings
- Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with bankruptcy exit financings
- Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with special situations financings
- Work on representations including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases
- Work on representations including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in out of court restructurings
What we're looking for
Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in DIP financings
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in bankruptcy exit financings
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in special situations financings
