The role
Seeking a Finance Associate with 2-6 years of experience (law school class years 2019-2023) for the Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. The role focuses on representing creditors or borrowers in liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings, supporting top-tier financial institutions in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
What you'll do
- Work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in out of court restructurings
What we're looking for
Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in DIP financings
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in bankruptcy exit financings
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in special situations financings
Preference for candidates open to all offices but preferred for NY· nice to have
