The role
Gibson Dunn is seeking a mid-level or senior associate (2018-2022 law school graduates) to join its Life Sciences transactional group. The role focuses on representing public and private life sciences companies and healthcare investment funds in a broad range of corporate transactions, with a specific emphasis on public capital markets offerings and M&A.

- Handle a broad range of corporate transactions for a life sciences company or investment fund
- Manage public capital markets offerings

What we're looking for
Mid-level or senior associate (law school class years 2018 to 2022)
Experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions for a life sciences company or investment fund
Deep experience with public capital markets offerings (including IPOs, follow-on offerings and ATM facilities)
Experience with private offerings (including PIPEs, venture capital financings, 1934 Act reporting)
Experience with public and private company M&A (including structured deals)
CA bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
