The role focuses on representing public and private life sciences companies and healthcare investment funds in a variety of corporate transactions, with an emphasis on capital markets and M&A.
What we're looking for
4-8 years of experience
Experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions for a life sciences company or investment fund
Deep experience with public capital markets offerings including IPOs, follow-on offerings and ATM facilities
Experience with private offerings including PIPEs, venture capital financings, and 1934 Act reporting (e.g., Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
Experience with public and private company M&A including structured deals (e.g., earnout-based transactions, product acquisitions, and spin-outs transactions)
CA bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
