The role
We are seeking a Finance Associate with law school class years 2019 through 2023 to join our Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. The role requires significant experience in liability management, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings, with opportunities to work on high-profile representations for financial institutions.
What you'll do
- Work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in out of court restructurings
What we're looking for
Law school class years 2019 through 2023
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with DIP financings
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with bankruptcy exit financings
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with special situations financings
Preference for New York office· nice to have
