Trademark Lawyer

The role

An experienced Trademark Lawyer is sought to join Gilbert + Tobin's leading Intellectual Property practice in Australia. This role will support IP partner Lisa Lennon, focusing on a broad range of commercial IP and trademark matters for high-profile clients.

What you'll do

• Conduct trade mark, design, and domain name clearance, prosecution and enforcement
• Advise on IP aspects of commercial agreements, including software and technology licensing
• Perform IP and IT due diligence for corporate transactions
• Undertake general IP advisory and brand strategy work
