The role

Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Senior Lawyer for their Melbourne Banking and Finance team. This role is for an experienced lawyer who can contribute to high-profile transactions and thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside leading partners.

What you'll do

Work on high-profile transactions
Advise on structuring, negotiation, execution and restructuring of corporate and financing transactions

What we're looking for

At least five years of PQE in banking and finance

Experience across leveraged, acquisition, general corporate and / or real estate finance

A commercial mindset with a practical, solutions-focused approach

Strong communication and relationship skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues

An interest in how technology and innovation can improve the delivery of legal services
