Key requirements
3-4 years PQE Demonstrated environment and/or planning experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm or inhouse role Knowledge of NSW planning laws will be highly regarded
The role
Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking a Lawyer/Associate with 3-4 years of experience in Environment & Planning law to join their Melbourne team. This role will focus on advising clients on a broad range of environmental and planning matters, including approvals, compliance, and major project delivery.
What you'll do
- Work across a diverse range of matters, including environmental and planning approvals, compliance and regulatory investigations, contamination and remediation, climate related obligations, land access and acquisition, major project delivery and environmental risk management across energy transition, data centre, transport infrastructure and large-scale urban developments
What we're looking for
3-4 years PQE
Demonstrated environment and/or planning experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm or inhouse role
Knowledge of NSW planning laws will be highly regarded
