The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Lawyer with 2-5 years of loan markets legal experience to join its Band 1 ranked Global Loans team. This role will focus on high-end, complex corporate and leveraged finance transactions and is suitable for individuals with experience in leveraged finance or a strong interest in corporate and leveraged finance.
