The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Senior Associate for their Global Loans team to work on leveraged finance transactions. This role is for experienced legal professionals with a strong background in loan markets and leveraged finance, ideally gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, and who possess excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
What we're looking for
