Key requirements

The role
We are seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of loan markets experience to join our top-ranked Corporate Finance team. This role involves advising on complex corporate finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loans, and managing client relationships and junior lawyers.
What you'll do
- Advise on corporate finance transactions, including common terms deed platforms, syndicated and bilateral loans and cross border financings
- Provide transaction structuring advice
- Prepare, review and negotiate finance documents
- Manage and mentor talented junior lawyers
- Drive matter strategy
- Liaise directly with senior stakeholders, sponsors and financiers
- Nurture key client relationships
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives
- Support the ongoing growth of the team through business development, training and knowledge-sharing
What we're looking for
