Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Global Markets Senior Associate for their Finance practice in Sydney, Australia. This role is for experienced legal professionals with over 5 years of experience, focusing on securitisation, derivatives, and structured finance.

What we're looking for

5+ years legal experience in a firm environment in general finance, funds finance, asset finance, structured finance or debt capital markets in addition to experience in Securitisation

Strong technical and drafting skills

Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs

A commercial approach and an ability to negotiate effectively

A collaborative attitude to working within large teams and with colleagues at all levels

Ability to guide and mentor junior lawyers
