The role
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Senior Associate for their Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team in Brisbane. This role is for a lawyer with 5-10+ years of PQE, specializing in front-end projects, infrastructure, and/or construction law.
What you'll do
- Advise on procurement, acquisition, and divestment of major assets
- Advise on project development and construction
- Advise on complex government transactions across sectors including transport, energy, water, health, education, telecommunications, forestry, and real estate
- Be involved in market’s most significant deals – Olympic infrastructure, critical electricity transmission, major infrastructure projects under varied delivery models, and high-value procurements
What we're looking for
