The role

Skadden's Tax Group is seeking outstanding lateral candidates with transactional tax experience for its renewable energy practice in Washington D.C. The role is for associates from the class of 2021-2024 and will focus on advising developers and investors in renewable energy transactions, tax equity investments, and qualifying for U.S. federal tax credits.

What we're looking for

Transactional tax experience

Experience advising developers and investors in renewable energy transactions

Experience with tax equity investments

Experience with qualifying for U.S. federal tax credits and other related benefits

High level of academic achievement

Experience in a similar Tax practice of a peer firm

Admitted to practice law in Washington D.C. and/or Texas (depending on location)
