The role
The Energy & Infrastructure Projects group is seeking a mid to senior level associate or counsel with at least 3 years of law firm experience to join their team in Houston, New York, Washington D.C., or Toronto. The role requires strong financing experience and focuses on energy and infrastructure projects, including debt and tax equity financings, M&A, joint ventures, and project development.

Experience with project development transactions involving energy and infrastructure projects
High level of academic achievement
