The role
Skadden is seeking a mid to senior level associate (class of 2021-2019) for its National Security group in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on International Trade, with a preference for candidates open to supporting other National Security practice areas.
What we're looking for
Mid to senior level associate (class of 2021-2019)
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Substantial international trade expertise in customs, trade policy, trade law, and trade remedies
High level of academic achievement
Excellent writing skills
Open to doing additional work across the National Security group including export controls, sanctions, CFIUS· nice to have
