M&A Mid-Level Associate

The role

The M&A/Corporate Group at Skadden is seeking mid-level associates with experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate transactions, and general corporate/alternative entity law. This role supports the group's representation of clients in various transactional matters and provides advice on Delaware law aspects, fiduciary duties, corporate governance, and alternative entity law.

What you'll do

• Represent and advise clients in a wide variety of transactional and other corporate matters
• Advise clients and other lawyers in the firm on Delaware law aspects of transactions
• Advise clients and other lawyers in the firm on fiduciary duties
• Advise clients and other lawyers in the firm on corporate governance matters
• Advise clients and other lawyers in the firm on alternative entity law
• Contribute to groundbreaking legal work
