The role

Skadden is seeking a mid-level litigation associate with experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery. This role is for attorneys who have graduated between 2020 and 2022 and will focus on complex civil litigation matters within the firm's renowned Litigation Group.

Graduated between 2020 and 2022

Experience in a broad range of commercial, corporate and securities litigation· nice to have

Experience in defense of class and derivative actions· nice to have

Experience in representation of special committees· nice to have

Experience in fiduciary duties of directors· nice to have

Experience in federal and state securities fraud claims· nice to have

Experience in bankruptcy litigation· nice to have

Experience in corporate valuations and statutory appraisals· nice to have

Experience in insurance acquisition transactions from a litigation and regulatory standpoint· nice to have
