The role
This is a permanent, full-time Banking & Finance Associate or Senior Associate position in Brisbane. The role involves advising clients on various financing arrangements, including project documentation, acquisition and leverage, property, and general corporate financing, within a large law firm environment.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to the structure and documentation for their project
- Advise clients on acquisition and leverage financing
- Advise clients on property financing
- Advise clients on general corporate financing
What we're looking for
Several years' experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm locally or internationally
